Spatzle

 Follow recipe on Home page with the following changes

To save energy in your Aga put the pan of water you want to boil in the Roasting Oven while you prepare the dough. When it's time to bring the pot to a boil to make the spatzle the water will be pre heated and only take a moment to boil. Be careful when you open the door, steam will escape.
