Roasted Corn

 

Look close at this roasted corn, hardly a piece of silk to be seen

No need to ever boil corn again, forget the grill as well. Wash the corn off to remove any supermarket / farm debris. In the Roasting Oven for 45 minutes or so. Let it get cool enough to handle and peel. Notice all silk peels right off.

You can hold the cooked corn in the Simmer Oven for up to an hour if needed. This really works well
