Time Out, Time In

Time for a break. I will be back after Labor Day with some new fall ideas. In the mean time dig around the archives and find something you may have missed. It's getting cool at night, time to try my Goulash or Corn & Crab Chowder. Fresh eggplant is in season and this is an all time favorite.

Enjoy your break! I do hope there's lots of fun planned! I just want to say that, even though I don't often leave comments, I do regularly enjoy your blog and the wonderful ideas you give us. I continue to aspire to cook more and better (though this summer has seen a very minimal amount of "action" in the Ryan kitchen - too much time at the pool instead!), and I am thankful you are here :-)
